* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Central Highlands, South
Central Mountains, Northeast Highlands, Guadalupe County, Eastern
Lincoln County, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Sangre de Cristo Mountains may receive a
few inches of snow as well, with blowing snow resulting in
significant reductions to visibility. Patchy blowing dust may
develop in the highlands east of the central mountain chain.
